Statement on COVID-19 and the Tourism Sector in Prince Rupert

Tourism Prince Rupert has been closely monitoring the evolving effects of COVID-19 on the tourism sector in Prince Rupert and Northern BC. With the prevailing recommendation to cancel or postpone all non-essential travel and the Federal Government’s recent decision to severely limit international entry into Canada, it’s clear that our 2020 tourism season will be impacted.
